RMB Enterprises gives their employees every opportunity to surround themselves in a Safety Cautious Environment. Upon employment each employee receives an RMB handbook along with a contractor safety handbook, and a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations Handbook. Each employee also has a pre-employment orientation with the Safety Department. Hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, flashlights, and safety boots will be initially supplied by the company upon the employees hire date. |

Safety Contacts
The purpose of these contacts is to inform employees of safety rules, regulations, concerns and/or changes that might have occurred since the last weekly meeting or daily contacts. These meetings will be conducted by the Supervisor or Safety Department at shift change daily.

Meeting
Weekly meetings will be held in the Safety Department at the end of each shift on a day determined by the Safety Director, and are approximately 1/2 hour long. The purpose of these meetings is to inform employees of any safety related changes in policy or standards. These are also times for employees to address any concerns they may have.
